Mr Felician D. Hechei
Technical Director - Managing Partner
Felician holds a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering and has over 11 years work experience in civil and structural construction, geotechnical investigation, railway & road asset management and construction, tender evaluation and budget proposals.
He is the co founder, chairman of the Board of Directors and Director of Technical Services & Projects - Managing Partner of the company whereby he oversees and manages all company projects and site personnel. Before joining fulltime at FCL.
Felician has worked in different organizations and undertaken numerous projects of buildings, water, roads and railway construction & maintenance. He brings in to the firm a large expertise and connection in the construction industry after working with big reputable organizations and government for the last 8 years.
Felician has taken part and managed projects in combined cost of more than USD 3 billion in the past 11 years in government and private sector.
He is a registered Professional Engineer with the Engineers Registration Board of Tanzania (ERB) with Reg No PE 5535 and Member of Institute of Engineers of Tanzania (IET) with Reg no. MIET 1819
Mr. Charles E Maganga
Managing Director
Charles is the company Managing Director, with over 11 years general experience in the construction business. In 2013, Charles graduated BSc Civil Engineering from University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada.
Before joining FCL, he worked with Eastern Capital Limited as Managing Director for 4 years. In Eastern Capital, Charles was overall in charge of day-to-day management of the company, mostly dealing in real estate development and management; coordinate projects with government, contractors, engineers and other stakeholders in workflow execution of company projects.
In charge of business development; He managed to lower company debt from 1.6 Billion to total liquidation in space of 4 years, managed to complete the Makumbusho Bus Terminus project, which was 65% complete when appointed. Overall management of over 60 staff and running a business with a gross turnover of over TZS 1 Billion
